not a source and did you even bother to read this post >>12666319 ? the free radical that results from the lipid peroxidation is deadly, it's not minor oxidative damage that accumulates, it's deadly. mammals have an enzyme that deals with this radical, when the gene that codes for this enzymes is removed the animal dies. mason never mentions this and he does the same thing for many other arguments. that's like saying that we should never eat fats because they produce hydrogen peroxide and we should never consume protein because it produces uric acid and ammonia.
