I was sure you had to have obtained bachelor's and master degree?
How can you get into research if you haven't specialized in a field first?
But again, I guess things are different here in Europe.

Everyone tells me I shouldn't be stressing about getting the laude in my undergrad degree (which is something I'm trying to achieve even tho I am barely half way through second year) and that everything that matters is master degree, should I just give up on this? Is getting the laude in undergrad useless?
Also, will being published as co-author in undergrad help me if I want a career in research? How much? I had the luck to start my thesis 2 months ago even if I'm in 2 year and possibly I could partecipate to other reaserches after I'm done with that, I've heard that publications are the scientific currency...
