How do habitable zones work, for satellites?

Their distance from their parent star changes constantly, since they're orbiting a planet, so wouldn't the climate and weather change all the time, if the planet they're orbiting is in the habitable zone?

You don't see that with the satellites, here, since they either have no atmosphere (Moon) or are too far away.
