How can this knowledge be applied to medicine? If there is a situation in a hospital where the brain isn't getting enough oxygen, and they need enough time to fix blood circulation, wouldn't cooling down the body to 13 degrees save them?

Whats going on here? why the delay? Why the constant bangs?

I was thinking zero-point energy, finding some way to harness the particles coming into and out of existence on a quantum level. Then us camping out waiting for the new universe to happen.
