Slippery elm is a lot like marshmallow root, it sucks up water and it's an indigestible fiber. Plantain accelerates healing and cleans wounds. OP, you should try NAC, garlic, onion, MSM, activated charcoal, and vitamin C flushes. Water fasting could be beneficial as well. Bear in mind also that most food is PROBABLY full of nano metallic particles.
