And exactly what narrative has been constructed to cause the manifestatiom of conspiratorial belief systems such as Flat Earters anon? I don't disagree with the premise that institutions have been deceitful or obtuse with information through out the years.

But there's a difference between general skepticism and full blown conspiracy theories. The basic logic behind Anti-vaxxers I can understand in that there is distrust or uneasiness with the components/effects with vaccines. Especially when the people taking it are not witnessesing or firsthand doing the process/research behind it. But the logic behind Flat Earthers (especially in 2020 as opposed to pre-1500s) is outright unacceptable. When everything from evidence derived from scientific research to technology based on that research to products such as food dependent on that evidence/technology all shows flat earth is not valid.

How do you rectify issues like that?
