I'd eat meat once every two weeks. No more than that. Dr. David Sinclair (who is 50 years old and looks like a 25 year old) follows a vegetarian diet. Meat is great if you're out in the woods. In the modern era of over-consumption we must limit ourselves. We must create some sort of false scarcity, as if we can't afford to eat meat more than once every two weeks or so.
