Is there any way to profit from finding a pre-existing substance for a disease that did not have any treatment options? For example, caffeine was found to treat symptoms of ADCY5-Related Dyskinesia: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35384065/

Would there be any way that the researchers could profit from this?
