Not sure if Magnets are like a battery, that their attraction force becomes depleted over time - if not, then yeah, we have infinite energy.

>surely there is a physics explanation? a field or body must be doing the work, right?

There is no work. It has simply passed over an object of a different quality. This can literally not be quantified any other way besides "it moves by pressure mediation". There is nothing physically happening other than a qualitative change in motion. In the case of a magnet, a coherent object that manifests a NON PHYSICAL "field" that cannot be empirically quantified
I'm not being an asshole, ICP still fucking has us man.

Can somebody explain magnetism to me?

>No. If anything inertia can increase with motion
Contradiction
>IRRELEVANT
>It doesn't matter. It is an example.
Great. What exactly do you want me to do with a flawed hypothesis? There is no "pure inert" there is no "pure motion". It is undefinable to me, I cannot elaborate any further.
>Rationality has nothing to do with it.
Wrong
>Lost is just the past tense of loss.
not entirely
>It doesn't imply "entirely"
But it does. If there is spaghetti in your pockets and it is no longer there, you have lost the spaghetti. If spaghetti is falling out of your pockets, it is still in your pockets. You are LOSING spaghetti, a LOSS of spaghetti it is not "LOST". You still have spaghetti, you are losing it. You still have inertia, you are LOSING it.
>If you deny that inertia is lost then you deny that there is loss of inertia.
Loss=losing not lost, Lost=not losing but lost.

>And here we get what I always suspected. A raving lunatic.
There is no accepted definition or cause to gravity. I could have said unicorn and pixie farts cause gravity and it wouldn't be any more incorrect than. "Gravity is a FORCE, it is totally seperate from the other 3 "forces" that are also seperate from each other".

>First, dropping magnets shows no sign in preferred polarity when they land.
Because it's incoherent.
>Second, magnetic compasses work.
You might have well just said "Magnets work". Elaborate, how do magnets work?

Can hard working people endure more discomfort than lazy people?

Does working for 8 hours for a hard working person subjectively feel like 4 hours for a lazy person?

Or does it feel similarly hard for both people only that the hard working person has a different mindset?
