In the USA law regarding "fraudulent misrepresentation" (called "the most serious crime in USA contract law") the status of a fraudulently misrepresented contract is that it is "valid but voidable." In my own case, I have no standing to get in front of a judge to get it voided because I do not have a copy of the contract. Whatever email they sent to me that I clicked agree on (or whatever) was permanently deleted from my email's recycle bin back in 2016. I wouldn't have kept any of the physical paperwork for my shit job at McOffice.

Based on the hiring manager's *fraudulent misrepresentation* that the mountain of paperwork Exide gave me pertained to the job we had discussed, I signed it in good faith and thar was the end of it. When I tried to get a copy of it in 2018, they refused and called the cops on me to have them physically remove me, thus terminating my demands for a copy of everything I signed. Now I can't tell a judge I was defrauded because I don't know what the fraud was and can't get a copy of the contract which the USA will treat as "valid" under the "valid but voidable" standard of jewish bullshit in the USA. To wit:
1) The hiring manager told me the paperwork formalized the terms of employment we discussed.
2) That representation of the terms in the contract was false.
3) Since I am alleging that certain terms in the contract had absolutely nothing to do with the job we had discussed, I further allege that the hiring manager knew that his representation was false.
4) He knew I would rely on his representation of the contract to sign it in good faith based on his representation.
5) I only signed it because he told me it would formalize the terms of employment we had discussed. If he had given the honest representation, I would not have signed it.
6) I have suffered extensive harm due to the fraudulent misrepresentation but I can't show that until I get a copy of the contract, which I never will.
