On this day in 1988, scientists discovered that nicotine was just as addictive as heroin and cocaine, and yet we still allow it to be sold in stores across the country.

>Now imagine how much matter the black holes have which we think are a 1000 times the size of the Sun.

The "size" you are referring to is the Swarzchild radius. This is the same thing as an event horizon in the case of a black hole. The actual size of the black hole is unknown, but it is certainly very small. According to General relativity, it should be a point particle, that is a singularity. According to quantum mechanics this is impossible however, so there isn't a consensus.

>It is a bit weird that we think they have a "limited" gravity field, but then again the Universe is infinite.

All gravitational fields are infinte. The range you are talking about is once again the Swarzchild radius. Since gravitational fields diminish with distance, they are only able to curve space enough that photons cannot escape up until a certain distance. The gravity extends beyond that, but it isn't strong enough to capture photons.

Fun fact: Every object has a swarzchild radius, since it is only based on mass. The catch is that this radius is ridiculously tiny compared to the size of the object. The definition of a black hole is actually an object who's swarzchild radius is larger than its actual radius.

The Shakyamuni Buddha(the first Buddha) was purported to have left the castle and fasted till he was extremely skinny(then found balance later). Maitreya Buddha is the one you are describing.

I like audiobooks, preferably when read by the author themselves.
