I garnish my gin and tonics with cucumbers and use Hendrick's gin, which has rose petals and cucumber as ingredients.

That's the extent of my interaction with cucumbers. Oh yeah, and cucumber sandwiches.

>No, I'm not English nor an Anglophile
>I just enjoy gin and tonics and cucumber sandwiches.

It's math not maths. Adding an S makes it double-plural. It's English not Englishs. Chemistry, not Chemistries. Math not Maths.

Math is a noun meaning mathematics. It encompasses all forms of math.

>Why don't British people know English?

I am trying to decide my major in college. I love math, but I'm only in a Geometry class, and I'm a freshman. Of course, my grades are beyond exceptional, but before, I was not dedicated to math, and I failed at a early age to set myself up for higher classes. So, the highest I can do because of my school schedule is AP Calculus, and AP statistics. (These are also the most advanced math classes offered at my high school). I need to know if these classes will allow me to major in math in a private 4 year college.
Also, I'm trying to decide on my career. I need a job thats flexible, well paying, and awesome. I also need to know how long I will need to attend college and other schools to get that job. I've been looking at computer science and cryptography, but I'm not sure about what exactly I will do in computer science, and I'm not sure if we will even need cryptographers in the future.

Help a fellow /sci/ comrade out.

My opnion is that religion is important for irrational people.
Take it as a fact, irrational people, will never cease to exist.
Considering that, dont you think something that make them thinking twice before do something impulsive is important?
Christian religion do that most of the time.

If you drop a ball from a resting position at the top of a building find an equation for the position of the ball. There is a gust of wind that gives the ball a constant acceleration a in the horizontal direction.
Find a formula in the form y=f(x)
So I got
<x,y> = <0,h>+<0,0>t+1/2<a,g>t^2
so y = h+(1/2)gt^2
and x=agt^2
so t=sqrt(x/a)
y(x) = h+(1/2)g(sqrt(x/a))^2
= h+gx/2a

Is this right? I just had this question on a physics exam and that seems way to easy.
Also does anyone have a link where I can learn TeX or qsMath quickly?

This. There is no such thing as up or down in evolution, better or worse. Evolution doesn't just grant a species "powers" at random.

The question displays such a fundamental lack of understand of what Darwinian Evolution is, that it can't even be answered.
