atheist still feel guilty. and they still understand that if they commit serious crimes, then there's human retribution for it, so it aint worth it.
atheists (most of us, at least) dont commit these crimes just because we dont want to and have a decent sense of morality.
for religious people, a lot of the time they just dont do those dickish thing because they think the big CCTV camera in the sky is watching, and will be pissed off, and maybe punish them in the afterlife for it.
at least atheists are genuinely good, not just acting good because of some irrational fear of the fucking judgemental sky daddy.
