How do you imagine an Earth-Mars interplanetary internet would work?

Exactly the same as between countries, except with a 20 minute lag? (when earth and mars are furthest away from each other).

Issues arise when a Martian tries to change a wiki, then as the information is en route to Earth, someone on Earth changes it too.

How do you imagine such technological issues would be overcome?
