You're not very good at this. All you're doing is creating an even more unlikely, heavily weighted against us hypothetical which makes it even more impossible to do something that would be successful, and then loudly screaming "WAT DO?!!" It is actually literally impossible for an object moving that fast to be detected "years" out, not to mention the impossibility of an object that large moving that fast. I don't need to do the math to tell you that a Jupiter sized planet moving at 0.99c would have more gravity than our sun and like a Foe of potential energy.

But, let it not be said I'm not the guy who makes the impossible possible. At that point you're basically looking at needing to build a generational ship that fucks off years earlier in the opposite direction with a Project Orion drive and the ability to accelerate to at least 0.1 c. Target at the most likely Goldilocks zone planet nearby and fuck off, because this solar system is done.
