Periodic Table is numerical, molecules, alloy atomic geometric structures structures.

I havnt really looked over this in so many years, but yes, with a key it could be decyphered. The real difficult part is could it be decyphered by aliens with no knowledge of said key. THAT is the difficult part.

Also, periodic table would need retooling so its not raw counting of electron shells and protons/neutrons etc. So...it takes a LOT of detail work to align these up.
