Congress didn't murder seven astronauts by putting a sociopath in charge of the Space Shuttle because she's a woman. NASA did that. Congress didn't ignore a psychological profile that said one of their astronauts was mentally unstable. That astronaut ended up kidnaping the girlfriend of another astronaut she had the hots for. That was NASA's decision, not Congress. Also Congress didn't hire a mentally unstable lesbian to be an astronaut on ISS, who gained the distinction of being the first person to commit a crime in space. Nope, it was NASA who did that.
NASA is a perpetual fuck up. The agency is so flawed that it should be disbanded and all of its resources and responsibilities divided up among other agencies and the private sector. NASA is the government equivalent of a business owner's son-in-law that's kept on the payroll to keep him from getting into too much trouble but somehow he still manages to fuck everything up.
