I hate talking about IQ. I was tested once, because they thought I was retarded and they told me my intelligence is "above average". After browsing /fit/ for a while I did an IQ test getting 135. So I'm not a brainlet. I won't criticise IQ I'll just write about my thoughts.

We live in a society where intelligence is highly valuable. Being stamped down as dumb is almost a death sentence. Imagine just getting an IQ of 80 wich is the reallity of many. You won't have a good job, your children will be dumb too - good luck finding a good wife. It does not matter how hard you work, this value won't change.
I hate having high IQ. It takes all the value of my efforts. Doesn't matter if I teach myself to draw or how to play an instrument. The hard work goes to nothing as this is to be expected. With high IQ it just feels like you cannot succeed, just fail.

So fuck IQ. I hope all the research on it will be disproven and that your intelligence is in reallity mostly dynamic and can be trained.
