This paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31481654/ studies extreme inbreeding (up to 2nd degree of relation, i.e. uncle and niece) and finds a rate of 1/3652) in white european british. This isn't solely parent-child or brother-sister inbreeding, which I presume to be much rarer.
You can compare with this paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37757828/ which finds pakistani and bangladeshis to be 67x more likely to be "highly consanguineous" than white brits, and has a nice analysis of inferred parental relationship which unsurprisingly reveals pakis are inbred as hell. 3rd generation 1st cousin marriage sounds like it might cover uncle-niece. parent child incest should be really obvious and worth a mention, but I guess nobody wants to talk about it.
