There's nothing wrong with CS per se. Just in the 20th century, it was full of the wrong kinds of people, like nerds and creeps like Richard Stallman, the man responsible for "Lolita Island" and personally chased women out of CS at MIT. Now that computers are actually useful and important, it attracts smart, cool people with ambition and some really interesting ideas. If you're interested, look into the Maker and Builder movements.
