I know how you guys must just love getting asked homework questions by stupid people, But I really need your help.

I am in an engineering problem solving course that uses matlab. While I know that Basic is pathetically easy programming language, I often times get hung up on basic problems for some stupid reason.

Looking at it from a pen and paper standpoint, I think i understand it, but when I try to graph it, my code is all messed up somewhere:
