90% of people pegged immediately on 4chan as alpha's are better described as 'transients'. Young males without real confidence or a healthy social network, who engage in vulgar parodies of true alpha behavior by constantly trying to one-up their friends and fuck every woman they see.

That said, women DO like transients, especially when young. And they may indeed grow up and become alpha. But to call them alpha misses the point somewhat.
