In the near term we'll see a drop in biodiversity. However in the long term we'll most likely see most mammalian species recede and get smaller on average (including humans), and perhaps see large galloping crocodilians or massive turtles as the warmbloods die from the heat. Once the glaciers are gone it'll be the age of reptiles.
