Is schizophrenia and bipolar disorder a real disease with empirical evidence like cardiovascular disease? I was diagnosed Bipolar affective and schizophrenic by two different psychiatrists. Why do I hear bad voices in my head?

Two gamblers each toss a six sided fair die. The gambler who rolls the lower score pays that many dollars to the other gambler. For example, if gambler A rolls a 3 and gambler B rolls a 5, gambler A pays 3 dollars to gambler B. If there is a tie, no money exchanges hands.
