the seal would cause a lot of friction, slowing down the balls to a stop. it would have to be qite tightly pressured to stop water escaping, and so would cause so much friction...so thus wouldn't work.

i counted them once verticly, and once horizontally, so you get the wrong answer. as some rude faggot alread ypointed out, on my diagram 8 and 24 are the same. so th real answer is 26.
