this, it may seem arbitrary but it is infact objective because of the fact that you can identify the circumstances and values that your choices are derived from.

you wouldn't say that a sciencetific experiement is arbitrary just because their are variable involved.

if there is something imminent that may effect your ability to live adequately and your intellectual dedication is required in resolving the situation, or if there is any circumstance that would make in proportionally irrational to not dedicate your intellectual productiveness, then it is only objective to do so, to dedicate yourself.

it is not arbitrary to have to judge probability, circumstance or variables.

I would hope that we could all be robots by then,

I would transfer to a fully synthetic body if I could do so why completely conscious. say have a few synthetic neurological surgeries on my biological body and then after awhile have a proceed that will allow me to feel me control my biological body and synthetic body at the same time within the same space just until I become comfortable in a moral sense and after that let my biological body die and become fully intergrated.

this would allow me to avoid any moral dilemma and ensure me that I am who I am.

but what would be even more innovating is if we could biological synthetisism, I would have no problem with that.

this is coming from someone who doesn't believe in god, isn't afraid of death(nothingness) and is willing to live to the end of the universe, I would love to be front row for the big crunch, and if that doesn't happen then I'll just turn myself off when there is nothing left to play with. or if there are other demensions then I'll go there but I find that I bit too sci-fi-y
