So the Higgs particle is hypothesized to cause matter to have mass. If it gets confirmed does that pose a problem for general relativity? When a particle accelerates it gains mass and beyond lightspeed it needs to gain infinite mass that's the problem with the lightspeed limitation. But matter that isn't under Higg's particles influence can very well go past that limit since they have no mass.
