I'm on the high-functioning part (formerly called Asperger's) of the autistic spectrum, yes. I dunno if I'm super-intelligent, but I'm pretty damn smart in certain respects. Mostly analytical stuff, pattern-recognition, stuff like that. I don't have the best open-ended creative thinking capabilities, and I'm terribad at reading social situations as per the stereotype of autists.
Lemme put it this way: I did minimal test prep (took literally one practice test and nothing else), completed the GRE in less than 3 hours without any breaks, and aced both multiple-choice sections (pic related).
The autism contributes to the intelligence; that's not universal by any means, but it's not uncommon either.

B.S. in Geophys, secondary major (B.A.) in Bio.
I don't have a scan of my diploma or whatever handy, but this is what I did afterwards in preparation for going for a M.S.

first choice is Montana State Uni. why? they've got a strong paleo program, to the point where there's a student paleo club called The Dead Lizard Society.
gonna TA as many classes as they'll let me. solid 170/170/4.5 on the GRE (pic fucking related) so I should at least be competitive in that regard
