>What you're thinking of in regards to botany isn't really science since you aren't conducting experiments or generating hypotheses.

if you're going to eat meat, highly suggest you hunt or source from local hunters, and ask them about the killing process. If whom you purchase from does not know directly how the animal died, be wary, this cost falls upon you if they were in high stress and misery.

We don't need nearly as much food as we are prescribed. A lot of it is satiating some gut biome that acts parasitic instead of symbiotic.

I also recommend getting into fermentation.

when it comes to vitamins, i find its good to eat "the same vitamin" from a couple different sources
you don't have to do it all at once, like i said rotation is king here, but changing up where you're sourcing your vitamins is good

also I highly recommend you start your own garden if you have room. some plants are pretty low-may. i have a tomato plant that i hardly ever have to bother with and it gives me fresh cherry tomatoes daily. magnifique

check this book out if you're ever curious
