Don't just make up your own definitions of accurate and incomplete. Accurate means exact, and incomplete means not finished, those are the traditional definitions and if you were smart you would have defined your terms first instead of after I just read all that...

Overall I don't really disagree with any of the things I understood from your post, and the things I don't understand I can't make a statement on because I don't know what your claim is.
