Don't have an IQ of 160+ but one psychologist tested me with a hardly genius IQ, and, no and yes.
I do great in school (3.85 GPA) can do a lot of complicated stuff but it makes me feel empty as hell inside, I feel like people don't get me and just go for the person who is more easy to understand, if I had a retarded sibling or something I would probably shoot my brains out. I am APD too (though I am very extroverted and an ENTP) though is very mild is does not help, I also fall into existential crisis-es very easily
