Sure. But even if some do, it proves that the condition exists without Neanderthal DNA. Neanderthals also had extreme prognathism and broad noses, which are features more common in Africans than Europeans. My point is just that you can't attribute every random robust or masculine feature to Neanderthal DNA. Africans themselves used to have more masculine and robust features than they do nowadays. It's the general ancestral condition which some retain more than others.

People underestimate just how broad the Neaderthal geographic range really was. Also, interbreeding really wasn't as common as people often make it sound, and the percentages at which it exists indicate that it was actually quite rare. Anyhow, the slightly higher Neanderthal DNA indicates that the ancestors of Eastern Asians had a slight few more instances of introgression.
