Something like pic related, but stars with Oort clouds instead of galaxies. The dynamics are very similar, but with the scale turned down about 5 orders of magnitude.

Not really sure what you're asking but they're going to take a few billion years to merge and then once that's done the holes might orbit each other for what seems like forever given their extreme velocities
