yes, imagining 4-dimensional euclidan space is quite trivial; it is simply a "movie" of 3-dimensional slices

it is also possible to visualize more complicated 4-dimensional spaces; an example is given in the link below, with a more comprehensive treatment given in the book by gompf and stipsicz
