Why do scientists tend to be so awkward and adorable?

Hey, girl here
I have a weird problem
Until recently, I didn't really feel attracted to anyone at all. Then I got an incredibly strong fetish for scientists.
Maybe males have more experience in this love/sex problem. The thing is that if some guy is not a scientist I'll just don't feel attracted at all, but if he is, I just feel too horny and only think about having sex with him.
But the thing is, even if I want sex, what I want more is a relationship, falling in love instead of just lusting after someone.
So yeah, help?
For the record, I'm 21, physics major and still a virgin (though I've been really close to having sex, it's more of a self control thing)

Hey /sci/, I have two quick questions.

If you could not sweat, cry, pee, poop (assuming of course that you don't die from overheating) or excreet any waste and you didn't eat - would you still lose weight?

So when you're on a diet, is the mass that you lose converted to energy or does it have to be removed as matter?

(inb4 this belongs in /fit/, it doesn't. I'm not interested in losing weight, just the process behind it)

How do muscles get bigger?
What I understand:
There aren't more muscle cells. The muscle cells themselves get bigger. They make more mitochondria.
During a proper strength workout, the muscles 'rip'. Then, in between the 'rips' the body heals. What rips and with what does it heal?

the last time i had chemistry and physics in school is long, long time ago but i ask you

would it be possbile in the future to use some sort of devises to go through walls by just manipulating the atoms or something like that?

or make a table turn into a liquid and then change it back into its previous state?
