hey /sci/ i currently want to be a rocket scceintest but the only math courses i took in high school were very low level courses . is it still possible to become a rocket scientest even though i took the lowest level of math in m highschool

I really want to work at some sort of space company like Space X or NASA but I don't live near any of there locations nor do I have the requirements ivwe always been interested in internal combustion engines and rocketry as a field how would one get a job in the field of designing a rocket engine without basic knowledge pic semi related.
