How much free time do you guys get to relax and pursue your hobbies? I lift 3x a week and practise martial arts 2x a week and i'm afraid i'll have to drop them to focus all my energy on med school or later when practising medicine. I hear so much about how doctors are always running on empty and get little sleep, and that their work encompasses their life and they dont have time for anything else, how true is this in your experience?
