lol it has nothing to do with that
If you have damage to your intestines from an ulcer or whatever, the tissue will die and slough off, collecting harmful bacteria and cause health issues.

Look at this image of UC, you can clearly see a difference between the healthy tissue and the YELLOW sloughing off tissue.
Are you guys saying it's a good thing that yellow stuff is there and it's healthy?
