Not quite, it's a three fold problem, first aspect is that immigrants are outliers to the original base population. Them establishing new sub populations that are geographically separate will inturn renorm to higher IQ averages.

Second aspect is because they are were allowed to retain their original cultures (blacks weren't, specifically slave descent blacks of america) they are able to pass on various scholastic and test taking behavior patterns born from old imperal exams and modern Examinations. Which is seen in their elevated times spent studying which is between 1.5 times to 2 times higher than American Whites, Blacks and Hispanics.

The third aspect is that they are able pass on and retain their ancestral languages. So dual language will embolden study habits and crystallized intelligence.

You can actually see this effect take place with Indian immigrant populations. Along with Nigerian immigrant populations too at a lesser extreme. Both have renormed IQ averages that are higher than their original base population. And because they were allowed to retain their cultures and languages it aids in the socioeconomic elevation.

Thanks for proving these charts are a joke. Asians are supposed to be better at math than Whites but there is no "Asian" Kurt Godel/ Von Nuemann equivalent.

Meanwhile American Indian/Native Alaskans are supposed to be better at verbal and math than blacks but there is no "Native Indian/Alaskan" David Blackwell/ Edward Alcorn Jr equivalent.
