Hello /sci/,

Not a regular member here, but I'm hoping you can help me. I need a way to generate an efficient flowchart to identify a chemical based on a number of tests. I have all the data I need (the total set of possible chemicals & their reactions to each individual test). I know some graph theory from Data Structures, but what I know doesn't seem quite applicable to this problem.

Any tips on making an efficient chart? Maybe there's already an application that does this.
