Does sweat escape the body in a process where a H is given to the Co2 in the blood to hydralise it and allow it (after passthrough) to liquify?
And if this is true, is it how CH drugs - like CHOO - Stay in the body, by having the H ready there and decreasing the blood drugs valency? So could a muscle-building signalling steroid be injected into someone with carbon dioxide liquified so that it can stay in the bloo for some time, so that it has the opportunity to trick the body into signalling for muscle death by the "false alarm" with the CO carbon monoxide or the Co2 dioxide (I don't know which air the muscles release) in the blood? Would they start hyperventilating and sweating/go clammy, but could it also be fixed so they can run fast ?

Can this man run faster because he's got higher blood pressure and muscles which can quicker absorb or expell things from his muscles like oxygen and co2?
