Solar

If you gave a dog the right pair of eyes, would they be able to see more colors then they do now? Or would their brains not allow them to process the information?

What the do you think free will means?
I think it's when something that's mentally "me" is making the decisions, as opposed to someone else or inanimate things like environmental factors.
My body is not making the decisions if the situation described in the op is the case; it is my subconscious mind.
Therefore, free will is possible even if the subconscious mind has some sort of sovereignty over the conscious mind.

Also, that my mind is constructed by environmental factors and other beings is of no relevance, and nor is the fact that the input it receives is from environmental factors and other beings.
In this worldview, free will exists. Of course, many of you will have slightly different definitions of what you consider to be free will, and will probably claim that my definition is somehow "wrong" and that yours is "right", even though arguing over what a term means is a complete and utter waste of time.

also just realized that in my worldview my computer has free will. o-0

Can Science explain relationships?

Why does my GF keep cheating on me with black guys? Is that a biological thing or something? What could I do to stop it?
