IQ tests are selective tests not empirical tests. Not all eyes must see you as intelligent for having a high score, it's suited for job/club applications.

An example of a universal test that tests but does not grade intelligence is a knot. If you can create a virtual knot like competition, you can prove you have better intelligence than someone.

Generally though, intelligence cannot be graded, it can only be challenged. Intelligent people produce spectacle after spectacle and their intelligence shows. To reduce it all to selective questions is stupid, you'd have to test each part individually and universally, such as with knots.

Why do people talk of science in the third person like I did just then?

Oughtn't it be pronounced in the first, such as I'm doing science or they're conducting science.

I theorize that mental diseases are diseases of the mind produced universe in mind. Not an inherently mind occuring phenomenon but of simulation of mind which may prove the simulation is part of the self.
