It's just anorexia. Lots of anorexics have some bullshit excuse for their behavior because "Im fat and need to starve" is not something anyone will listen to. "i am vegan and eat fruit only" sounds better and some people in her life will believe that's what she thinks and are more ikelly to leave her alone than if she said she thinks she looks fat and needs to fast

Atoms exist only in one place and time at a time. The past is where these atoms were. You can go really fast and "catch up" with the current present atoms in the future but the atoms are not yet in the future.

To go to the past and make changes can't happen because all the atoms in our past are busy being here in the present right now. They are not both in the past and in the present at the same time. If you "went to the past" you would be there alone with only the atoms you brought with you.

it's very simple, now people can stop with the paradox discussions because time travel paradoxes can never happen in the first place
