Frankly disappointed with you.
>Gravity required for humans? Not really when we can just switch out crews for now, and can use exercise as a stop gap.
tfw astronauts come back effectively crippled after like, a month in low g. You gonna do 1month roatations with 6month travel times? Those aren't permanent bases either. Now, I have always conceded that a chink hell colony is possible this way lol, but this isn't what you want.
>Spacesuits exist

Not how radiation works, radiation shielding is basically a function of mass, which means you need thick lead walls (or kms of atmosphere) to not get cancer/heart failure ASAP
>Greenhouses, believe it or not, exist
Great, now good luck manufacturing soil from scratch and making those domes dust-tight
>Preloading a site with plenty of resources, or having extra payload in orbit.
With what rockets, buckaroo?

You have to give up on this, without better rocket tech you have 0 (zero) hopes
