Sometimes when I am reading my mind wanders off. Does this ever happen to you guys? It feels like I have ADD. I think I sleep enough also, 6-9 hours a night.

Also do you guys take anything that helps you concentrate?

Do you know any foods I can eat that helps your brain concentrate?

I need advice,

My roommates are always up late so I have to fap even later then I want and end up getting less sleep.

Also I noticed I get tired, weak and less confident if I don't sleep enough and fap too much.

Does anyone here take any vitamins or nutrients to boost their libido? I was thinking of taking a multivitamin, omega 3's, vitamin E and a ZMA stack(Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin b6)
