Like pretty much just make a cold frame with the type of soil you want to inoculate, slurry your sample, apply, mist regularly and keep a bit shaded. Use sterile tools to reduce potential unknown pathogens - not unlike mycological standard practices.

Is there anything I’m missing?
If I want to be scientific about it, what might a methodology write-up for the process look like?
