Why our shitty brains fights against us so hard?
It wants to eat unhealthy shit, it wants to see porn endlessly, it wants to sit around instead of being productive, it cares a lot about unimportant crap.
Transhumanism is the only real solution, getting rid of this monkey brain that is driven to play the stupid evolution/survival game that only makes everything hard for no reason in todays age that we are already the top dog of the animals. Todays environment changed and we need to change at a fundamental level too.
Everything else is just a massive cope. Meditation, self-improvement, advices, making a shitload of conscious effort for nothing, etc, its all cope shit. Future generations will solve it and feel pity for us that endured this hell.
