so i've been doing some research into neurotransmitters dopamine/ serotonin and such.
My question is, essentially the only reason people do anything is because of reward systems in the brain? like if we where to severely deplete those chemicals would people basically lie down and die of thirst? or is human existence/will/motivation more complex than that?
