I'm pretty sure I have brain damage but not sure what's causing it. Used to be extremely smart, tested IQ of 138 and was consistently near the top of everything at my school (especially maths) which was top 10 in the UK, but since 2015 I've been on a sharp mental decline (I was 16 then), and now it's so bad I can barely read sentences properly unless I slow my reading rate down as my thought speed has decelerated so much. Doctors are clueless (mostly as they're lazy cunts who don't want to put in extra effort if it's easier to earn money doing fuck all), and my life is falling apart before my very eyes. I've picked up tinnitus and visual snow (Wikipedia it), have a terrible gut, and basically no memory or executive function. All of these are worsening over time, which is a sign that whatever is causing damage is continuing to do so. There's a bunch of other things too, such as I have literally no stress response (e.g. no adrenaline spike if cold water is poured on me), but that's the main lot.
